Firenze salad


2 cos lettuces

1 tray rocket salad

40 g Parmesan cheese

Olive oil


Coarse salt 


Cut the root end off the cos lettuces, rinse and allow to drain. 
Cut the lettuce in thin slices and arrange on a plate. 
Rinse and drain the rocket leaves, chop them coarsely and arrange them on top of the cos lettuce leaves.
Add approx. one tbsp. oil. 
Pare the Parmesan cheese into flakes and sprinkle over the salad. Add a further 1-2 tbsp. oil.
Sprinkle with pepper and coarse salt.
