200 g fresh spinach leaves
1 tray of rocket or other lettuce
3 carrots
1 bag of grated beetroot
Chopped nuts
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Rinse the lettuce and spinach and allow to drain. Peel and grate the carrots.
Arrange on a dish and mix together with the beetroot and chopped nuts.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with a loaf of good bread.
